Quality assurance has become the major concern for any kind of organization in this competitive business world. Every organization wants to ensure their product or service quality i.e. in a word we can say all want to ensure ‘Quality Assurance’ by imposing different methods or processes. This paper discusses the importance and implementation process of ISO for product quality assurance in Bangladeshi industries. To cope up with the increasing competition of business around the world and to provide the people a better experience with good quality product and service the local industries needs to implement international standards to confirm the quality assurance up to the satisfaction of customers ultimately. The RANGS workshop limited (RWL), a leading automobile repair shop as well as automobile supplier in Bangladesh, gained ISO 9001:2008 certificates in year 2011.All related documents of RWL have been checked during implementation phase of ISO.
