Title

Mining Data for Analyzing Student's Learning - A Survey

Abstract

Social media provide a range of opportunities for understanding human behaviour through the large aggregate data sets that their operation collects. Data Mining is very useful in the field of education especially when examining students learning behaviour in online learning environment. Student’s casual conversations on social media show the educational experiences, opinions, feelings and concern about the learning process. The data extracted from the social media provide valuable knowledge to inform student learning experience about how they positively taking the education and what are the benefits they gain from the education and what are their problems and issues.
