A Survey on Digitization using Image to Text to Speech Converter
Abstract
An image to text to speech converter is an application that recognizes text in scene images and synthesizes the text recognized into speech. The image is preprocessed and rectified before text recognition. The recognized text is converted to speech using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Digital Signal Processing (DSP). Image to text to speech converter which will be useful in digitization as well as for differently abled people with poor eyesight, dyslexia etc.
