Abstract
An efficient project planning. Scheduling and cost management is necessary to ensure that the project won’t suffer any delays in the schedule and risk of going over budget. The main objectives of this case study are to plan, schedule, and implement a proper cost management system to a commercial project with the help of Project management software, i.e. Primavera and to analyze the results generated. After studying the results the aim is to suggest any changes or improvements to the company for improving their planning methods for similar projects in future.
