Title

Feasibility of Concrete Containing Pond Ash and Micro Silica

Abstract

The pond ash is the by product from thermal power station it is available almost fess of cost .The work is carried out utilization of pond ash and micro-silica in concrete. The concrete was prepared with varying percentage of pond ash replaced with fine aggregate and micro-silica replaced with cement with the replacement percentage 0 to 40% respectively and it was tested for work ability test by using slump cone test. It was found that the adding use of micro silica and pond ash in concrete is increases then work ability of concrete will be significantly getting reduced
