Cognitive Radio (CR) technology is an ultimate approach to encounter spectrum scarceness issues arising in wireless communications system will have to face the problem of spectrum scarcity in near future. Spectrum sensing is the most important and basic need in cognitive radio. In spectrum sensing, the unused spectrum portions are detected and made them available for reuse by the other users.
