Women empowerment is often associated with the political and economical development of women. Religion is something that is ignored by the secularist feminist approach. However Hinduism has many proof that subjugated women through their textual interpretation and there is also proof which voices for women empowerment. This paper attempts to reveal the portion of Hinduism which we need to correct, reinterpret and which one we will continue to open up a new path for women empowerment in the context of Hindu community
