Abstract

In this modern era education has a great influence on every aspects of human life. It is an essential human virtue. Without it, man is only a slave, reasoning savage. One of the major functions of education is to humanise the man and it enables to develop the total personality of him. The educational views of Mahatma Gandhi and Swami Dayananda Saraswadi have perennial value. Hence in this article I am extracting the common educational views between Mahatma Gandhi and Swami Dayananda Saraswathi.
