Title

INHOMOGENOUS COSMOLOGICAL MODEL WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD IN LYRA’S GEOMETRY

Abstract

In the present paper, inhomogeneous cosmological model with electromagnetic field is obtained in the context of Lyra’s Geometry. The metric potentials are functions of x and t both. We have assumed that F12 is the only non-vanishing component of electromagnetic field tensor Fij. To find the deterministic solution of line element we assume that B = Cn, C=f(x) g(t). It is observed that the model has a Barrel type singularity. Some physical and geometrical properties of the model are also discussed in the presence of electromagnetic field.
