Environmental changes may cause damage to the specific property of the vaccine. Vaccine is generally stored in cold chain, which refers to the equipment and process used to preserve the vaccine under stable environment. Hence, it’s important to monitor the environmental changes periodically and to log it, to ensure the quality of the vaccines before delivery. Further if the product is transported, it is necessary to track the position of the logistics personnel or health workers before taking non-optimal route. Hence the end person needs tool to measure, save and analyze the changes and position of the supply chain of vaccines in real-time to make decisions before a fault occurs. Thus, it is necessary to develop an environment-controlled vaccine monitoring and tracking system, that offers quality and timely delivery of the vaccines.
