Neotectonic is major factor to controlling the development of any landscape and it is continuous deforming the region like Kachchh. The Kachchh basin known as pericratonic paleorift basin and it is still seismically active (Biswas 2005). The major EW trending faults are in reversal phase and affected by constant stress from the South to North and NE-SW direction which is in correlation with the Indian Collision. The study area lies in the western part of Kachchh Mainland which is affected with the seismically active fault named as Kachchh Mainland Fault (KMF). The behavior of the stress pattern and its accumulation is different in such large scale fault and the geomorphic indices give the comparison among least and most affected region. Here we consider five indices: Long profile, Stream Gradient Length Ratio, Hypsometric Integral and Curve, Steepness Index and Valley floor width height ratio. The outcome of these studies with strong field evidences and drainage anomalies illustrate that the most affected region in western part are Bhuki and Nirona River Basins.
