Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Qualities are two important elements that must be cultivated among every individual in order to live a healthy social life. This study tries to find out the Level of Emotional Intelligence among the Post –Graduate students of a particular university. The study also tries to find out the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Leadership qualities among the students undertaken in the study. With the help of the study the investigator is able to get an idea about the Emotional Intelligence Level of the respondents of the study. The study also provides guidelines as how to develop Emotional Intelligence and Leadership qualities among students.
