This study has been undertaken to analyze the Circular Economy of Material Recycling Policy. Thus the study aimed at analyzing the market trends in Production, Consumption & Trade of Copper and examining the impact of these factors on Copper (Cu) Scrap generation using Regression Model & Forecasting & Trend Analysis. The study also investigated the international best practices. To analyze how much scrap is generated by 2025 in future, forecasting has been used. For the very purpose yearly time series data has been arranged. It is observed that Cu Scrap Generation is positively affected by Production and Imports of Cu and Negatively affected by Exports of Copper. The results have overall and individual significance which has been tested through F value, P value and t test.
