An individual can work best through the language which he procures locally, i.e., the native language. The social desires can best be satisfied when they are permitted to work through the native language. Subsequently it is normal to consider native language with the end goal of instruction. Be that as it may, the need to have a typical language for association has lead to the learning of English.
