The major objective of the research is reveal the Construction of Administrative Skills Development on Mental health and Intelligence in Thirukkural. The concept is to examine the role of management in the modern context. This design of the study is qualitative method and the methods of Descriptive and Comparative analysis has also been used. This research reveals the concepts such as, powers of purity in action, power in action, knowing the fitting time, Unforgetfulness and Greatness in Thirukkural. The concept of mental health and intelligence is fundamental to the development of managerial skills. Ethical thoughts consumed in Second Century, helps to explain the modern era Administrative thoughts.
