Abstract

Abstract: Teachers play a significant role in the teaching-learning process and supposed as the central element in this process. It has been challenged to offer better education to more people with the applications of modern technological devices. Without introduces of modern technological devices, teachings work and struggles in the classroom becomes meaningless. Teachers of today have to keep active and smart with the new techniques and skills to provide the proper knowledge and fruitful classes. Teacher’s prime duty is to concern the students working habits, attitudes, motivation and knowledge which are all central factors in teaching-learning process. Keywords— Teacher, ICT, motivation, learning processes.
