Title

DESIGN OF MODIFIED LP-FBMC SYSTEM FOR FILTER BANK BASED MULTICARRIER TRANSMISSION

Abstract

Filter Bank Multi-Carrier (FBMC) is a modulation strategy compared to Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing with improved spectral properties (OFDM). In this article, we suggest an modified multicarrier linearly processed filter bank (MLP-FBMC) method that uses signalling faster than Nyquist to eliminate residual intrinsic interferences. For the even and odd-numbered sub-carrier codes, respectively, the suggested transmitter conducts the individual filtering. For the outputs of the odd-numbered sub-carrier filter, we conduct a sub-block sensible reverse ordering method in order to fulfill the derived orthogonality conditions. This paper also illustrates that the proposed MLP-FBMC device meets the requirements of orthogonality proposed and can use multiple-input multiple-output transmission systems as the traditional multiplexing orthogonal frequency division (OFDM) systems. Linear transformation focused on singular value decomposition (SVD) in order to turn the overlapped FBMC data into parallel independent interference-free data. The MLP-FBMC method is superior to that of the FBMC (FBMC-QAM) and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) schemes based on traditional quadrature amplitude. Using numerous modulation methods, the bit error rate (BER) is recognized. The amount of bit error is measured and contrasted to numerous current techniques. The experimental outcomes was carried out using matlab.
