This dissertation will investigate whether the privity of contract rule is reformed in order to permit the third party to sue on contracts for their benefit within the context of contracts protecting the interests of third parties. While addressing this issue this history of the privity of the contract are going to be discussed alongside the exceptions for this rule where the third party is allowed to sue for the contact which can include the court judgments for an equivalent. (Mainly that specialize in the appliance of the doctrine of privity in insurance, family agreements, creation of a trust, and creation of charge.) this is often to switch the grounded thought that no third party can sue on a contract.
