The integral of function is normally described as the “area under curve”. In engineering, the integral has many applications for understanding physical system. However in practice, finding an exact solution for integral of function is difficult or impossible. Although the method used for evaluating integral is depend on the nature of problem. If the integrand is smooth then, Gaussian Quadrature is used. For singularities structure of integrand, Romberg integration is used. This paper presents the Romberg integration which is refinement of extended trapezoidal rule followed by extrapolation and FORTRAN subroutines to handle this.
