Nanotechnology has the ability to be used in the food industry and production as it provides modern methods for pathogen identification, infectious diseases management systems and food storage. Nano-food packaging technologies can prolong product life, enhance product safety, warn users to contamination or spoilage of product, fix damages in packing, and unleash additives to prolong the span of packaged food. Nanotechnology is quite dedicated to supporting advantages not only in food material as well as in foodstuffs also. This report aims at emerging trends in nanotechnology applications in food industry. Here we also discuss some of the latest innovative papers in the area of use of nanotechnology in the food sector.
