Title

Laser: A Heat Source For Welding: Critical Review

Abstract

The present study deals the various aspect of laser welding technology in the present era. Laser welding is a high exactness, advanced and fast joining process. The welding seam is developed by high laser energy which rapidly heats the sheets in very minimal time i.e. in milli-seconds. The energy is absorbed by interfacial absorption techniques. These studies explore the advantage and laser weld characteristics of the material.
