Title

Effect Of Curing Cycle And Evaluation Of Mechanical Strength Of Glass/Epoxy Polymer Composite

Abstract

Composite of Glass fiber reinforced with Epoxy resin is fabricated by conventional hand layup method, to study effect of curing temperature(140 0C,150 0C and 160 0C) with curing time period(1,2and3Hrs) on composite material and also optimization of curing temperature and curing time period. Grey relation analysis has been carried out to optimize different mechanical strength such as tensile strength, flexural strength, inter laminar shear strength.
