This article's main goal is to introduce the chemical graphs' first zagreb vector index. The new method, vector index for graphs, has partially replaced the topological indices in this study work. The first Zagreb vector index, as it is called, is used to examine the structures, physical characteristics, and correlations between the vector-index and different chemical substances (alkanes). Following a comprehensive investigation, it was discovered that the vector index may be a helpful tool for forecasting the physical characteristics of lower alkanes.
