EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION IN ACC LIMITED Around the world, companies have helplessly watching their employees walking out searching for better career opportunities the reasons behind are employee job satisfaction. An employee job satisfaction has always been important issues for organization. Employees are viewed as the greatest strengths and resources of an organization. it is very vital that the workers of an organization derive good amount of job satisfaction which could result in producing superior quality performance in optimal time and lead to growing profits. Satisfied employees are also more likely to be creative and innovative and come up with break through that allows a company to change positively with time and chasing market conditions. Job satisfaction is a very important attribute which is frequently measured by organizations. The most common way of measurement is the use of rating scales where employees report their reactions to their jobs. Questions related to relate of pay, work responsibilities, variety of tasks, promotional opportunities the work itself and co-workers.
