Title

STEEL FIBRE REINFORCED CONCRETE FOR M30 GRADE

Abstract

Critical investigation for M30 grade of concrete having mix propation 1:1.24:2.83 withwater content ratio 0.42 to study the compressive, split tensile strength of steel fibrereinforced concrete (SFRC) containing fibres of 0%, 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% to the volumeconcrete.Steel fibresof 50 aspect ratio were used. a result data obtained has been analyzed andcompared with a control specimen(0% fibre).a relation ship between aspect ratio (vs) compressive strength,aspect ratio (vs) spilt tensile strength represented graphically. Resultdata clearly shows percentage increase in 28 days compressive strength and spilt tensile strength for M30 Grade of concrete.
