The study is based on the student’s perception about service quality of Private Universities. Student’s perception towards service quality will affect their level of satisfaction. The research was conducted in Private Universities and respondents were students. The service quality was measured by applying SERVQUAL scale developed by Parasuraman in (1988). In the scale reliability, Tangibility, empathy, responsiveness and assurance were taken as independent variables and students satisfaction as dependent variable. The students perception about service quality was obtained by collected data and by applying regression analysis its impact on students satisfaction were calculated and research show there is impact of service quality on students satisfaction in educational institutes.
