Title

CLUSTERING TECHNIQUE FOR BRAIN TUMOR DETECTION IN MR IMAGES

Abstract

Accurate cell detection is often an essential prerequisite for subsequent cellular Analysis. The major challenge of robust brain tumor nuclei/cell detection is to handle significant variations in cell appearance and to split touching cells. Based on literature view we conclude that engineering and research community is doing lot of work on brain tumor detection. This paper presents a survey on method that use clustering technique to test and evaluate proposed technique both qualitatively and quantitatively in terms of various parameters like false positive rate, false negative rate, execution time, accuracy and fault detection rate
