Title

Synthesis and characterization of nanocrystalline Zinc ferrite

Abstract

ZnFe2O4 was synthesized by using sol-gel method under stoichiometric conditions. The structure and the crystal phase of the powder were characterized on an X-ray diffractometer. The ferrite powder existed as single phase cubic spinel oxide and has a particle size of ~30nm.
