Title

Dielectric studies on Fe2O3 doped Li2O-ZnO-CdO-B2O3 glasses

Abstract

The structure of 30 Li2O – (10-x)(ZnO-CdO) -60 B2O3: x Fe2O3 glass systemwith0≤ x ≤ 2 mol% was prepared. The dielectric properties indicates that the the density of the defect energy states is found to increase with increase in the concentration of Fe2O3 beyond 0.8 mol % indicating an increasing disorder in the glass network
