Mission Chandrayaan-2

Abstract

Chandrayaan-1 launched on 22 october 2008 which was India's first mission to moon using the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-CII). Chandrayaan-1 discovered the presence of hydroxyl(OH) and water(H2O) molecules on the lunar surface of the moon. Chandrayaan-2 aimed to improve India's understanding of the moon and the deep-space mission which is a promising test bed to demonstrate technologies and to increase understanding of space, promote the advancement of technology for the generation.
