Title

SYNTHESIS AND XRD CHARACTERIZATION OF Fe2O3 NANOPARTICLES

Abstract

Abstract : : In the present work the iron oxide (Fe2O3) nanoparticles were synthesized by the auto combustion method followed by calcination. The synthesized iron oxide nanoparticles were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique. The Degree of crystallinity, Lattice Strain and the crystallite size was calculated from full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the peaks by using the Debye- Scherrer formula.
