Title

Analysis of Different Approaches for Utilization of Pulsed Power

Abstract

The increasing Research and Development in the field of High energy density devices like Microwave tubes, Lasers etc. have led to the development of various circuit models for the production of Pulsed power. Pulsed Power is a term used when stored energy is discharged as electrical energy into a load as a single or multiple short pulse of very high power and energy with a repetition rate that can be controlled. In this paper, various electrical pulse circuit configurations that are used in different applications have been analyzed. The high-power pulses studied here are found to have an overall duration in the range of few nanoseconds to few microseconds.
