The most lucrative business today is that of being a realtor. In the present paper we associate age with 8 distinct demographics cum physical variables, namely, education qualifications related to business, general educational qualifications, experience, nature of business, fixed capital invested, working capital invested, type of real estate business and their reason for choosing the real estate business. The paper provides deep insight into the present working scenario of realtors. Age has been taken as the independent variable and the 8 demographic and physical variables are all dependent in nature. In all, 8 hypotheses have been taken and have been individually tested in a sequential order. Chi-square test has been applied to check the hypotheses on a sample size of 183 respondents from Udaipur district
