Title

Customer perception towards online food ordering system in Kerala

Abstract

This study has been under taken to investigate the customer perception towards online food ordering system in kerala. The primary data were collected by distributing 100 various online food ordering customers in kerala .The ultimate purpose of this research is done by applying simple statistical tools like percentage analysis like mean standard deviation chi square method . The result reveals that almost all respondents are aware about this system and they felt much convenience in this system because of its timeless and effortless result and therefore they spead its positives and inspire other customers also.
