Abstract

This study investigates the transformative effects of banking technology on customer relationships, focusing on the State Bank of India (SBI) Sullia Branch. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research evaluates the influence of digital banking services on customer experience, satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. Findings reveal significant behavioral shifts towards digital channels, with Internet banking and mobile apps driving convenience and accessibility. Despite positive sentiments, concerns over security and usability persist, indicating areas for improvement. The study provides recommendations for enhancing customer relationships through technology, underscoring its pivotal role in the digital age.
