Abstract
In this paper, we introduce a new class of sets called pigeta-closed sets in topological spaces and investigate the relationship with other existing generalized closed sets. Moreover, we also introduce and studied the concepts of pigeta-continuous and pigeta-irresolute functions via pigeta-closed sets which are defined by me. We obtain some properties about pigeta-closed sets, pigeta-continuous and pigeta-irresolute functions, and pigeta-compactness.
