This research focuses on the necessity of people where fundamental needs and behavioral changes go hand in hand in the new formation of habitual adoption. The basis of this study on the rituals of public down the ages with much hesitation to change their life pattern which is necessary for the healthy living and the welfare of society. The various schemes of Government target the certain behavioral changes that are necessary for the formulation of healthy surrounding with healthy living.
