This paper reviews the literature in the field of future electrical power system i.e. micro grids. This paper focused on the control theory by previous study which had done in the different distributed generation such as diesel generator-based generation unit, solar generation unit, bio mass unit i.e. PV array system that’s connected parallel, and also discusses the various control strategies. As know the control strategies control the all parameter and enhance the efficiency of the system by reduces the harmonics distortion present in the parameter profile i.e. voltage profile and also analysis the stability and more emphasis to the stability profile of the system. Then find out the literature gap present in this study and formulate the problem so basically this paper survey the various synchronization approaches of micro-grid and formulate some conclusion in terms of literature gap and problem statement. Micro-Grid play a major role in the future electrical power system and important aspect to compensate the voltage profile and get better stability for the system.
