Today, various organizations are continually facing challenges with a rapidly changing environment. Many companies are particularly affected by the turmoil related to globalization, rapid progress, constant development, and rapid changes in stakeholder expectations, etc. Many advancements had been made with appearance, emotional intelligence (EI), even work success. This study measures the levels of emotional intelligence ratings of interpersonal facilitation, job satisfaction and affects and attitudes at work among IT employees.
