Pathological and Miasmatic Approach in Selecting the Similimum of Covid-19 Cases

Abstract
Practice of Homoeopathic Medicine is governed by fixed principles as mentioned in 0rganon of Medicine. Aphorism 3 advises the physician to perceive the disease in its whole extent in order to cure it judicially and rationally and it requires not only obtaining the totality of symptoms of an individual but understanding the pathology of the case as well. By knowing the pathology, we get to know the nature of disease, its progression and complications which helps us in selecting a medicine that covers individual symptoms along with symptoms of pathology. Homoeopathic miasms further helps us in selecting a similimum.
