In India, the majorities of research are working on the sea based problem such as a fisher-man, tidal waves. While there are numerous activities at sea based problem are increasing more accident and incidents are arising. In the present research work, marine system of weather prediction system develop with neural network model in order to predict bad weather condition to reduce risk. The present research methods work on ocean current & sea wave height at Indian Ocean especially on Andaman beach in order to anticipate ocean current wave velocity and sea wave height. Input quantities that are being provided in the present work are wind speed, wind direction and buoyance pressure in Pascal that are being measured at the sea beach using sensors and stored to the Matlab cloud. These input quantities are pulled from Matlab Thing Speak using IoT and used to train our neural network. Simulation result shows that the proposed neural network based marine weather forecast system shows only 5% average prediction error whereas the astronomical scheme shows 17.5% average prediction error.
