There is growing concern about the availability of enough food to poor and vulnerable communities at all sphere i.e.local, national and international.It is estimated that about 600nmillionpeople around the world do not have enough to eat. Further Global Hunger Index 2019 , ranked India at 102nd rank out of 117 countries in report. The hilly agrarian state is no exception to this trend although the state has performed well in agrarian production. so in this script a analytical analysis has been done on the basis of state's foodgrains production.
