Title

Development of fuzzy logic model for predicting the shape of welding needle in pulse gas metal arc welding

Abstract

The quality of weld joint is told by method parameters throughout the attachment method. so as to attain prime quality welds, input method parameters ought to be controlled. during this essay four input method parameters similar as bow move speed, rate of printing operation rate to travel speed, printing operation rate and curiosity square measure thought-about. The trials were conducted on sq. butt plate of 5083 H111 Al integration exploitation full factorial style of trials. Affair parameters like blob penetration, blob height, blob vary square measure measured. The fuzzy models for blob penetration, blob height and blob vary square measure developed exploitation fuzzy sense. This fuzzy model has been used for prevision of affair parameters. delicacy analysis of weld blob figure is alsoperformed.It's ascertained that of error is less than ten in utmost of the cases for blob height and vary and less than twenty for blob penetration.
