The scriptures include certain Shilajit that are beneficial in Madhumeha and Prameha. . Most of them are not utilized by Ayurvedic practitioners, while some of them are often used. This study focuses on these medications, which are not frequently used in clinical practice but may have a lot of promise for treating the illness.
