The main aim of this paper is to study and implement a fingerprint-based passport identification and verification system based on microcontroller matching quite frequently used in fingerprint techniques. The method essentially entails removing fingerprint feature elements from the fingerprint sensing unit and then comparing fingerprints depending on how many times the two fingerprints in issue have been paired. When they do, the validity of the passports for individual verification is validated. It's an excellent technique for choosing and positively identifying a particular individual. With the use of technology, we can enhance security in any place
