Abstract
The aim was Formulation and Evaluation of extended release Multiparticulate drug Delivery System Extended-release drug delivery system is designed to achieve a prolonged therapeutics effect by continuously releasing the medicament over an extended period of time. Such system extends the duration time over a therapy, reduce side effects and increase the safety and patient compliance by reducing frequency of dosing. In present study an attempt has made to prepare extended-release matrix pellets by extrusion –spherization method
