Abstract
ABSTRACT
Background:
Osteoporosis is not an inevitable part of ageing, it is preventable, so it is vital that all
of us, of all ages start taking care of our bones now, before it too late.
Objective:
The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of planned teaching program
regarding prevention of Osteoporosis among menopausal women and to find out the
association between selected demographical variables with the pre-test knowledge
score
