This study has been undertaken to investigate the Co-crystals are the Crystalline solid which enhance the physicochemical property of drugs or the pharmaceutical products. Cocrystallization of a drug with a coformer is an emerging approach to improve the performance of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), such as solubility, dissolution profile, Pharmacokinetics and stability. This review article presents a comprehensive overview of pharmaceutical cocrystals, including Introduction, Historical background, preparation methods, applications & Some Discovery in Co crystal field. Furthermore, some examples of drug cocrystals are highlighted to illustrate the effect of crystal structures on the various aspects of active pharmaceutical ingredients, Such as solubility, Bioavailability, Meting point and There is two table in Table no:-1 Recent discoveries in Cocrystal field updated in Descending order (that is from Recent discoveries to Older discoveries ), In Table no:- 2 Disease, Drug & their Cocrystals are summarized
