This study highlights the political participation of women in Panchayati Raj bodies. In the presented research paper, all the aspects related to political participation of women in Panchayati Raj bodies have been clarified in a very relevant manner. Due to the disparity in the political aspect and culture of urban and local government organizations, efforts are being made to involve women in politics at the grassroots level. Women from different regions are not active in urban local bodies. However, women's participation has increased in the Gram Panchayati Raj Institutions, especially at the lowest level. This research paper is different from previous studies and is important for the society. The research paper is based on library and analytical method. This study can prove to be a guide for researchers.
