This paper looks at how technology is changing the way human resource (HR) work is done. This research explores the relationship between digital technology and human resource practices, analyzing contemporary research conducted between 2016 and December 31, 2023. It focuses on areas like hiring and training, managing employees, performance and keeping employees engaged. The study says that how the tools like online platforms, software, and data analysis helps make HR tasks faster and more accurate. It also talks about some of the problems that come with the using of technology, like example the need for training and the possible loss of personal touch. Overall, the paper explains how using technology is the right way can make HR better and more effective.
